During our family stay at Pension Bartlbauer in Ramsau, we were thrilled to find a charming and inclusive atmosphere perfect for all ages. Nestled at the end of the challenging Hierzegg Loipe cross-country skiing trail, this cozy guesthouse offers a delightful retreat. The rooms were compact yet comfortable, with a dedicated space for our ski gear, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The standout feature was undoubtedly the immaculate cleanliness, ranking high on my list of accommodations visited.The breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring a lavish buffet complete with various bread options, delectable cakes, and exceptional coffee, a true Austrian treat. Dinner, prepared by the gracious host, showcased local specialties with a homely touch. The half-board option was generous and catered well to vegetarian preferences.For family-friendly activities, the Schladming Dachstein Ski Resort and Rittisberg are must-visits for skiing and cycling enthusiasts. The hosts' warm hospitality, coupled with the stunning surroundings, made us feel right at home. Our overall experience was memorable, and we look forward to returning to this gem of Austrian mountain hospitality.
